However, we offer great shipping rates to those states and territories and all Caribbean Islands. Please note that we do not ship to any P.O. boxes. To ship a freight order to a residential address, there will be a charge of $75 fee and a lift gate fee of $75. Freight shipments that are delivered to a limited access areas such as schools, hospitals, construction sites, gated communities, airports, churches, storage units or any other restricted areas will also be charged a fee of $75. These fees are in addition to the shipping fee listed. Ground shipments will take between 3-5 business days and freight shipments will take between 3-7 business days to ship from our warehouse. Lastly, items that are being sold AS IS OR AS PARTS IS FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED. Our staff will work diligently to ensure that all orders arrives in a timely manner. Please understand that some factors such as weather, high postal traffic and the performance of the shipping companies are outside of our control.

RETURN INFORMATION
After receiving your order, as the buyer, you must contact us within 3-4 business days with any problems. When returning your order, it must be returned in the original packaging as well as the item that you purchased. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer. Depending on availability, we will exchange a defective item for the same item within the 3-4 business day period. Partial refunds are also available, if the buyer chooses to keep the item and repair it themselves. WE HAVE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
