Regular shipments will take between 3-5 business days and freight shipments will take between 3-7 business days to ship from our warehouse. Lastly, Items that are being sold AS IS OR AS PARTS IS FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED. We work diligently to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner. Please understand that some factors such as weather, high postal traffic and the performance of the shipping companies are outside of our control.
RETURN INFORMATION
After receiving the item, the buyer must contact us within 3-4 business days to contact us with any problems. Items must be returned with all original packaging as well as all included items. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer. WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS. Depending on availability, we will exchange a defective unit for the same unit within the 3-4 day period. Partial refund is also available if buyers choose to keep the item and repair it themselves. WE HAVE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. Filing a claim should be reserved as a last resort to solving an issue. Please give us a chance to solve any issues that you may have for any reason before leaving feedback.
