 blemishes from normal use and age. However, they were tested and are 

fully operational and functions as intended.  Items has never been 

opened or disassembled. Sorry, no other parts, wiring or accessories

Regular shipments will take between 3-5 business days and freight shipments will take between 3-7 business days to ship from our warehouse. RETURN INFORMATION

After receiving the item, the buyer must contact us within 3-4 business days to contact us with any problems. Items must be returned with all original packaging as well as all included items. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer. WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS. Depending on availability, we will exchange a defective unit for the same unit within the 3-4 day period. Partial refund is also available if buyers choose to keep the item and repair it themselves. WE HAVE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. Filing a claim should be reserved as a last resort to solving an issue.
