The final shipping fee will be given after the transaction is completed. All local duties, taxes and charges are not included in the sale price or shipping fee. Regular shipments will take between 3-5 business days and freight shipments will take between 3-7 business days to ship from our warehouse. Lastly, Items that are being sold AS IS OR AS PARTS IS FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED. We work diligently to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner. Please understand that some factors such as weather, high postal traffic and the performance of the shipping companies are outside of our control.
RETURN INFORMATION
After receiving your order, as the buyer, you must contact us within 3-4 business days with any problems. When returning your order, it must be returned in the original packaging as well as the item that you purchased. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer. Depending on availability, we will exchange a defective item for the same item within the 3-4 business day period. Partial refunds are also available, if the buyer chooses to keep the item and repair it themselves. WE HAVE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. Filing a claim should be reserved as a last resort to solving an issue. Please give us a chance to solve any issues that you may have for any reason before leaving feedback.
