We provide free local pick up and we ship via UPS GROUND to the 48 contiguous states on most items. (This does not include AK, HI, PR or the Virgin Islands). We have great shipping rates to those states and territories. In addition, we also have great international shipping rates as well to all Caribbean Islands, Hawaii, (etc.) The international shipping fee listed is just an estimate. The final shipping fee will be given after the transaction has been completed. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Regular shipments will take between 2-5 days and freight shipments will take between 2-7 days from our warehouses. In addition, all local duties, taxes and charges are not included in the sale price or ship charges. Items that are being sold AS IS OR AS PARTS CAN NOT BE RETURNED, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. TRUE HEART SOUND is not responsible for any taxes, duties, customs or brokerage fees applied by the destination country outside of NY, FL or the US. We work diligently to ensure that your order arrives with in a timely manner. Please understand that some factors such as weather, high postal traffic and the performance of the shipping companies are outside of our control.
RETURN INFORMATION
After receiving the item, buyer should contact us within 3-4 days with any problems. Items must be returned with all original packaging as well as, all included items. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.Please note if for any reason package is returned without the fault of the carrier shipping will not be refunded. WE DO NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS. Depending on availability, we will exchange a defective unit for the same unit within the 3-4 day period. Partial refund is also available if buyer choose to keep item and repair it themselves. WE HAVE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
